- Give-a-ways based on increasing contributions or new donors

- Senior leadership involvement in fun activities around the office:
- Pie throwing
- Dunk tank
- Costumes
- Hosting a lunch
- Pizza party
- Department competitions
- Day off for certain percentage increase
