- Book drive
- Union outreach

- FOOD

- 1% of pay equals one vacation day
- Dinner with senior leadership
- 50/50 raffle
- Penny wars
- Manager humiliation (pie in face/scarping windshields)
- Prizes (Kindle/I-pad)
- Kiss the pig
- Gift cards
- Have employees share their United Way story
- Expand the number of prizes to be more moderately sized vs. a few large prizes
- Basket raffle
- Spa day
- Airfare
- Casual day/tennis shoes
- Parking spaces
- Prizes based on timing of pledges

What will you do different this year?
- Management meeting before rally: lead by example
- Targeted communications
- Rallies at more convenient times
- Presentation that ties United Way work to company/organizations mission
- Incorporate wellness committee with campaign
- Entries into raffle based off percentage increase vs. dollar amount
- Emphasis on leadership education - where the money goes
- Reach out more to people in other locations/buildings
- Less focus on special events more on increasing pledges and corporate match
- Incorporate "non-profit partner accountabilities" and United Way efficiency
- Reduce number of jeans day opportunities
- Have a volunteer project
