  15. Expand the number of prizes to be more moderately sized vs. a few large prizes
  16. Basket raffle

What will you do different this year?

  1. Management meeting before rally: lead by example
  2. Targeted communications
  3. Rallies at more convenient times
  4. Presentation that ties United Way work to company/organizations mission
  5. Incorporate wellness committee with campaign 
  6. Entries into raffle based off percentage increase vs. dollar amount
  7. Emphasis on leadership education - where the money goes
  8. Reach out more to people in other locations/buildings 
  9. Less focus on special events more on increasing pledges and corporate match 
  10. Incorporate "non-profit partner accountabilities" and United Way efficiency 
  11. Reduce number of jeans day opportunities 
  12. Have a volunteer project
