2.) How do you motivate participation?

• Prizes
• Incentives:
• Jeans
• Food
• Parking spaces
• Volunteer time off
• Shorts/Flip Flops
• Baseball caps
• Trying to avoid having too many special activities 
• Engage but don't overdo
• Incentives for early pledges
• Give-a-ways based on increasing contributions or new donors
• Use market segmentation to communicate to different groups
• Entry into special events
• Senior leadership involvement in fun activities around the office:
• Pie throwing
• Dunk tank
• Costumes
• Hosting a lunch

• Day off for certain percentage increase

• Auction evolution (silent -> live -> online)
• Combining ELI and WLC:
• Expanding prospects
• Stay onsite - more convenient

• Break out employee meetings into smaller groups:
